The public is invited to the first Power Summit Pop-Up Voto Latino event this month.

Hosted by Voto Latino and Building Healthy Communities, the Power Summit Pop-up is a one-day leadership conference that trains and equips young leaders with the tools and skills to enact lasting change in their communities.

The event is a celebration after Latino voters saw historic turnout and huge organizing wins in the 2018 election and is a time to get ready for 2020 and beyond.

The summit kicks off at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 27 at Bakersfield College, 1801 Panorama Dr.
