The Kern County Public Health Department announced 66 new COVID-19 cases Tuesday morning, bringing the total number of cases in Kern to 30,916.

Health officials also announced 1 more COVID-19 death, bringing the total to 333 in Kern.

According to Public Health, 145 people were isolating in the hospital, leaving 55 ICU beds available in Kern, the California Department of Public Health confirmed.
