The Leadership Counsel for Justice and Accountability is holding a “Know Your Rights” workshop this week that will cover eviction protections for non-payment of rent due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The organization will cover Assembly Bill 3088, which created a new law that protects tenants from eviction if they are facing financial hardships due to COVID-19.

The online workshops will be on Sept. 22 and Sept. 25 at 5:30 p.m. If you or someone you know are at risk of eviction and would like to learn more, join the online workshop on Zoom or Facebook Live.
