If you are planning on voting in the June 7th Election Day, here are a few things to know.

Polls close at 8 p.m. If you are planning to vote in person, check your voter information guide for your assigned polling site. You can also look up your polling site online at www.kernvote.com.

Remember to bring your mail ballot to surrender at the polls. Otherwise, you’ll have to vote provisionally. Once arriving at your polling site, you’ll check in and be guided through the process by elections officers.

If you are planning to vote by mail, be sure your ballot is postmarked on or before Election Day – June 7, 2022. You can also return your mail ballot to the Kern County Elections Office, one of the official ballot drop boxes, or any poll site until 8 p.m. on Election Day.
