Delano’s LGBTQ+ Alliance is holding a day of action this weekend to celebrate Pride Month.
The event includes messages from speakers and a two-mile march, beginning at the corner of High Street and Cecil Avenue at the International Community sign.
The march will end at Cecil Park for a closed session healing circle where attendees are invited to share their experience of being part of the LGBTQ community and their hopes for Delano’s future.
The event kicks off at 5 p.m. on Friday.
