The City of Bakersfield is continuing to keep the community informed and engaged with its Southeast Strong community project as they’ve planned three more community update meetings in the coming days.
The City will be using these meetings to provide updates on various community projects as well as development updates regarding two ongoing grants — the Transformative Climate Communities (TCC) Implementation grant and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Community Change grant.
In addition, there will be an open forum where community members can provide feedback, ideas, and concerns with the City. Light refreshments will be served.
