With tomorrow being the start of Mental Health Awareness Month, Kern Behavior Health and Recovery Services (KernBHRS) will be holding several outreach and education events and activities across Kern County.
May is mental health awareness month and to Yanin Ayon this month is about sparking conversations and allowing people to ask questions and be able to talk about mental health without fear of judgment.
With May 1 being the start of Mental Health Awareness Month, Kern Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (KernBHRS) will be holding many outreach events and activities across Kern County to spread awareness of mental health issues and inform the community of the services available.
